    SUPERB

    I have been with Student House Gillingham for almost 3.5 years and they are SUPERB. All their properties are well maintained, strategically located near schools, train station and shops & most of all very reasonable, affordable - ALL INCLUSIVE HOUSING. All the staff are great especially the director Craig Sullivan, he will personally help you in your queries, problems that you will encounter (if there is). Most importantly, they value the tenant's safety and their team always performs checks and maintenance on there housing, which is one of reasons why SHG is fantastic and superb.

    Great Landlords

    I stayed at 146 skinner street, it was in a good location close to both the local town and the university, close transport nearby which was always useful. The landlords were nice and even brought us a tv one point! All in all I would rate 5 stars.

    Great Company to deal with

    After renting a room in a property managed by Student House Gillingham I have nothing but praise for all staff at the company! Any queries or problems raised to the company were promptly addressed and managed. There are no extortionate fees like some other companies and the rent for the properties are highly affordable when considering it is 'all inclusive' of bills and utilities.     Highly recommend

    Just had to come down here and leave a perfect review for Student House Gillingham. I've been with this agency since my 2nd year of University and I was well looked after throughout my time at Uni. I've stayed with them for the past 3 years and wish I had stayed with them for my first year instead of paying huge rent fees at Uni provided accommodation. I highly recommend looking on their website as they normally have really good private houses available to rent, the earlier you start looking the better chance of getting a really good house. I was lucky to stay in a house with a 55" TV and free Netflix :).

    I could not recommend them enough

    Rented a house with a friend for my final year at uni and I could not recommend them enough. The whole process was quick and Craig and the team have been very efficient and have made sure all our needs are taken care of, with a monthly cleaning service and garden maintenance team. The location is close to campus and the houses are comfortable and are at a great value for money, would highly recommend.

    Really helpful staff

    Really skeptical when renting away from halls. But Craig and the team made everything really easy and helpful. Always on hand when problems arose and always had a good relationship with the house. Rent was easy to arrange and the cost was fair with the quality of the house which was finished to an excellent standard. Friends that came into the house all commented on the quality of the house and the fair price. If it wasn't for my other housemates leaving for placements I would of remained with Craig and the team. That being said I would recommend the team to any freshers or 3rd years looking to rent away from the extortionate prices at liberty quays.
