"Really skeptical when renting away from halls. But Craig and the team made everything really easy and helpful. Always on hand when problems arose and always had a good relationship with the house. Rent was easy to arrange and the cost was fair with the quality of the house which was finished to an excellent standard. Friends that came into the house all commented on the quality of the house and the fair price. If it wasn't for my other housemates leaving for placements I would of remained with Craig and the team. That being said I would recommend the team to any freshers or 3rd years looking to rent away from the extortionate prices at liberty quays."

I have been with Student House Gillingham for almost 3.5 years and they are SUPERB. All their properties are well maintained, strategically located near schools, train station and shops & most of all very reasonable, affordable - ALL INCLUSIVE HOUSING. All the staff are great especially the director Craig Sullivan, he will personally help you in your queries, problems that you will encounter (if there is). Most importantly, they value the tenant’s safety and their team always performs checks and maintenance on there housing, which is one of reasons why SHG is fantastic and superb.
Rented a house with a friend for my final year at uni and I could not recommend them enough. The whole process was quick and Craig and the team have been very efficient and have made sure all our needs are taken care of, with a monthly cleaning service and garden maintenance team. The location is close to campus and the houses are comfortable and are at a great value for money, would highly recommend.
