Just had to come down here and leave a perfect review for Student House Gillingham. I’ve been with this agency since my 2nd year of University and I was well looked after throughout my time at Uni. I’ve stayed with them for the past 3 years and wish I had stayed with them for my first year instead of paying huge rent fees at Uni provided accommodation.

I highly recommend looking on their website as they normally have really good private houses available to rent, the earlier you start looking the better chance of getting a really good house. I was lucky to stay in a house with a 55” TV and free Netflix :).

"Really skeptical when renting away from halls. But Craig and the team made everything really easy and helpful. Always on hand when problems arose and always had a good relationship with the house.
